We collect the contact, business, and opportunity information you choose to submit through the site or by email. This can include your name, company name, email address, phone number, service area, facility details, scope notes, requested frequencies, deadlines, and pricing-readiness information.
- Do not submit passwords, payment-card data, Social Security numbers, banking information, medical records, or confidential credentials through the fit-review form.
- Payment information, when enabled, is collected and processed by Stripe. CleanContract Desk does not receive or store full card numbers.
- Our hosting and security providers may process basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, timestamps, and request logs.
How we use information
- Review whether an opportunity fits the service.
- Identify missing bid inputs and communicate with you.
- Prepare, deliver, and support a purchased bid package.
- Maintain the owner review desk, prevent abuse, and secure the site.
- Keep reasonable business, tax, and service records.
How information is shared
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us host the site, manage email, process payments, store business records, or protect the service. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and safety, or respond to a valid legal request.
Retention and security
We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including service, recordkeeping, dispute resolution, and security. No internet service can promise perfect security, but we limit collection in the first intake and use reputable service providers.
Your choices
You may ask to review, correct, or delete information that you submitted, subject to legal and recordkeeping requirements. You may also ask us to stop non-transactional email. Send requests from the email address associated with your submission.
Children and changes
The service is for business owners and professionals and is not directed to children. We may update this policy as the service changes; the current version will appear on this page with a new date.
