The service

CleanContract Desk provides proposal-preparation and bid-support services for commercial cleaning contractors. A standard Bid Ready Package may include an opportunity and gap review, structured scope of work, pricing worksheet based on client-approved inputs, branded proposal draft, submission checklist, and follow-up copy.

  • The fit-review form is not a purchase and does not obligate either party.
  • An engagement begins only after CleanContract Desk confirms fit, scope, timing, and price and payment is completed or other written terms are accepted.
  • Unless specifically agreed in writing, the service does not include a facility visit, legal advice, accounting advice, engineering, estimating from unknown facts, or submission to the prospect.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for supplying accurate and lawful information and for verifying the final package before it is used.

  • Approve labor rates, costs, overhead, margin, minimums, taxes, and the final price.
  • Verify scope, frequencies, facility facts, credentials, insurance, references, staffing promises, exclusions, terms, and deadlines.
  • Obtain permission to share any prospect information or documents.
  • Make the final submission and retain the client relationship unless a different written arrangement is made.

No award or profit guarantee

CleanContract Desk does not guarantee that a bid will be accepted, profitable, compliant with every buyer requirement, or awarded. Buyers make independent decisions, and actual labor, costs, conditions, and performance remain your responsibility.

Fees, scope, and revisions

The founding price shown on the site applies to one standard private-sector opportunity that we confirm as a fit. Complex RFPs, government solicitations, urgent deadlines, multiple facilities, extensive data entry, or material scope changes may require a separate quote or may be declined.

  • The agreed package includes reasonable corrections for our transcription or formatting errors.
  • New scope, new pricing, or substantial revisions requested after production begins may require an added fee and timing confirmation.
  • Payment processing is handled by Stripe when enabled.

Timing and communication

Any turnaround estimate begins after required inputs and payment are received. Delays in client responses, missing information, or material scope changes can change the delivery date. Email is the primary service channel unless otherwise agreed.

Confidentiality and acceptable use

We use submitted information to evaluate and perform the service. You must not submit unlawful material, malware, credentials, payment data, or sensitive personal information through the public intake. Confidential files should be shared only through a method we approve for the engagement.

Ownership

You retain ownership of your company information and materials. After full payment, you may use the final custom proposal deliverables for your business. CleanContract Desk retains ownership of its underlying methods, reusable structures, general know-how, and pre-existing materials.

Disclaimers and responsibility

The site and service are provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, CleanContract Desk is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, lost awards, lost profits, or decisions made from unverified inputs. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms for future use of the service. Material changes do not rewrite an already accepted engagement unless agreed. Questions may be sent to bids@cleancontractdesk.com.
