The CleanContract Scope-to-Submission Control System

The service uses six connected controls. Fit Control qualifies the opportunity and deadline. Evidence Control organizes notes, photos, RFP files, and buyer instructions. Scope Control maps tasks, frequencies, zones, responsibilities, options, and exclusions. Economics Control organizes the labor, burden, supply, equipment, overhead, and margin inputs that you provide or approve.

Alignment Control checks that the model, written scope, scenarios, and terms tell the same story. Release Control places the approved files, status, and included revision in the private customer portal. A change to an important fact can then be traced to the parts of the package it affects.

How managed review differs from a self-serve bid tool

Self-serve software can be useful when the owner already has complete, dependable inputs and wants to operate the system personally. CleanContract Desk is for the opportunity where the owner wants a second set of eyes, explicit questions, and finished production—not another interface to configure.

We do not replace the contractor's judgment. We make the judgment points visible. Unknown production conditions, wages, burden, overhead, equipment, credentials, facility rules, and buyer requirements are not silently converted into confident-looking answers.

  • Known facts are separated from assumptions and unanswered questions
  • Client and contractor responsibilities are mapped before pricing is finalized
  • Three owner-review scenarios show the effect of different approved prices
  • Scope language, exclusions, options, and economics are checked together
  • The final proposal is released only after contractor verification and approval
  • Included revisions update the affected package instead of creating disconnected versions

What the managed bid desk does not pretend to know

No bid desk can inspect an unseen building, know a contractor's actual operating performance, or guarantee a buyer's decision. We therefore do not invent production rates, declare a universal market price, certify compliance, promise profitability, or guarantee an award.

The advanced part of the service is disciplined control, not exaggerated certainty. Each consequential number needs a source or explicit owner approval, each important unknown stays visible, and the contractor remains the final authority on price, capability, credentials, and submission.

Choose the level that matches the live opportunity

Bid Check is for a substantially complete bid that needs a focused gap and consistency review. Bid Ready builds the standard decision and proposal package from walkthrough materials. Bid Desk Plus adds deeper requirement mapping and options for a larger or more complex private-sector opportunity.

Every order begins with a free fit review. Materials, missing inputs, deadline, service level, price, and delivery expectations are confirmed before payment is requested.
